Yet another smoke question for the newbie Tuner...

Hey All,

Sorry but I gotta ask a smoke question here..

Ok here is the deal..

Initial start there is a very light transparent greyish type smoke. Nothing major just an annoyance. This goes away after I start driving...What is it?

2nd when fresh starting, there is condensation or "spitting" suttly out the tailpipe with clear water.. Again very very suttle and goes away after I start..

Sounds like cold startup to me. Nothing unusual.

Light smoke is normal especially with no cat or a one that is old and not working.

Condensation is normal, mine drips water all the time.

I agree completely, another on initial may be slightly worn valve seals/guides.

So the "Cold Start" is pretty normal? The valve guides and seals are new with about 200 miles on them they are the champion irons..
