I'll throw my hat in the ring and say since it's going to be a daily driver grab a thumbwheel chip from caspers that way you can adjust the tuning so if you want some more power it's there plus it's got the antitheft feature to kill the engine which is important when leaving it parked just hide the switch in a place only you know. Get a column lock or column guard cause even though the antitheft will keep it where you park it, it won't stop someone from busting the column. Since it has the landau top and is a sleeper get steel wheels for it (wider ones for the back) and put some wire wheel covers on it.
Then do the necessities (adj. fpr, hotwire, bigger pump, adj. wastegate, chip)
Since it's a driver make it a smooth ride with new springs, shocks, bushings, rear seat braces, jounce bars, grand prix bar, fender braces, bigger front and rear sway bar, new motor mounts with an engine tie-down.
Like Charlie said do the Blazer front brake upgrade since it's a direct bolt on. Get vacuum or hydroboost since you don't want the brakes crappin out on you on the highway.
Get a new stereo with siruis for the long drives, with some new speakers.
Then the rest is up to you with how powerful you want to make it.
