I see there are left and right motor mounts listed for the V6. What is the difference,I have only one used mount and am mocking up the engine I am putting the engine in my HenryJ and wonder if there is a difference in frame mounting?
I'm looking at a used 5486 and it says for 79 and up and to be used with later heads, will this bolt on my 80 engine? Thanks, Henry.

The distributor is seized in the cover which I want to remove as it has a piece missing where the dist hold down bolt goes. I wonder if I unbolt the cover am I able to remove it with the dist still in it.
With great effort I can turn the dist but hitting it underneath with my rubber shot hammer...
Don't want to sound like a dumb ass but nowhere did you say you checked the oil! Did you and what did it look like? Colour/ water antifreeze in it? Merry Christmas to all.
Thanks, I am keeping the turbo 350 for now, but if I come across a 200R4 I might go that root, which would allow me to go up to a 373+. I don't have the tires specked out yet so still many things up in the air.
The gear out of the 80 turbo Regal was 273 ?? For a bit of extra off line performance what would you guys recommend. My first thought was a 342 that I have from an S10. Thanks, Henry.
