    Get your car up on jack stands and put it in neutral. Have A buddy spin the tires by hand and adjust your back brakes until they just start to drag on the drums. take it for a test drive, you may have to do this a few times until you get them adjusted to suit your driving needs.

    Yes, you are right on the O.D. of the VS-677 spring. It should be 1.172". Hope that helps to clarify the earlier typo. Should I use the factory spring cups that are on the factory valve springs now with the VS-677 spring?

    I don't know what the oil pressure is,no gauge. but the motor only has 50k miles and I am the original owner.(ordered it in Feb.87 took delivery in April 87)

    Why does everybody rag on the powermaster?

    powermaster Bought my T in'87. Powermaster went south last spring , prior to that I replaced the accumulator about 6 years ago. The dealer replaced the pressure switch in a recall while it was still under warranty. I switched over to vac brakes with satisfactory results
