Yeah definitely not original paint. You can see how the passenger side quarter panel doesn't match the door. By no means a deal breaker though because the car is obviously going to need paint work anyway. I'd be more concerned with the mechanical issues. If it doesn't run then you can't be 100%...

Thanks Mike. Perfect explanation. On my car l set the tps to .42 with key on, engine off. At idle it's always at .46. Should l drop it to .40 with the engine off so it will be around .44 at idle?

Just for my own education, how is a .42 TPS at idle fine? Wouldn't that translate into around .38 or so with key on, engine off?

Your TPS is low. Should be around .46 with car idling not .42. Your IAC's are way high. Should be between 15-40 not the high 70's. Also l noticed that your cc's never moved off 36. Could be you have a bad O2 sensor?
