I would say all your idiots come to AZ to live. I say that because all the raging morons I encounter on the freeway have AZ plates.
As for cold, the coldest we have had recently in Phoenix is 38 degrees.
Hear that you popsicles? It's AZ calling.

I vote for before the turbo. As was stated, make darned sure it is atomised properly.
One benefit I have seen others claim from this setup is faster spool up by a few hundred RPMs.

Just wanted to vent a bit and not start a new thread so pardon me while I interupt.
I really f'ing hate taking apart turbos that have been neglected!!!! There are always 3-4 bolts on the exhaust housing that will practically be welded on. Of course due to their placement, the only thing you can...

Not only did I get a great deal price wise, they don't look as though they were used much. I'm very happy with what I got and will not hesitate to buy from him again.
Unless it's definitely a GARRETT turbo, probably not a good idea. I'm at work and e-bay is blocked so I can't see what the kit entails.

Just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in. Still collecting parts and been studying performance combos and turbos. Figure the TE-44 would be good for 12's. Still planning on twin turbos after I get some experience under my belt with a single. I only need one more T3 turbo...muwhahahaha.
Other...
