I don't want to sound like a jerk, but I have a difficult question for you. I read the MSDS sheet for the refrigerant you selected. Butane and Propane are the two main ingredients!
I don't think it is EPA SNAP approved or even safe for that matter. I bet it cools like crazy, but it also sounds...
You will need to remachine the oil pump pickup flange area. Cutting the pan rail will extend into that area.
I made a special fixture to measure from the pan rail to the top of the cap. It sits on both rails and goes over the cap.

Take an old 10mm wrench and grind it thin enough to hold the stud under the tab on the pipe. Use an impact to loosen the nut

LPG has an R+M/2 just over 100 if I remember correctly. You loose volumetric efficiency with gaseous fuels because the vaporized fuel displaces air, but the turbo helps make up the difference. A turbo engine should run quite well on LPG.
