    Uninsured motorist accident?

    Wife was hit in a parking lot a week ago or so--nothing too bad, just a cracked front bumper cover on her Isuzu Ascender. Police came, wrote up an accident report stating the other party was at fault, other party produced an insurance card that I assume showed she had current liability...

    treadwear numbers vs mileage?

    I always thought a higher treadwear number pretty much meant longer tread life--then over the weekend I find a Michelin with a 420 rating and a Bridgestone with a 180......both state 60000 mile warranty. How can both be rated for 60k miles with such a vast difference in treadwear numbers?

    converter locks too soon

    I test drove a TR that I'm seriously considering buying--only thing I found wrong is tcc locks about halfway through 1st gear and stays that way through 2nd, 3rd, and OD until you come to a stop again--doesn't feel like it unlocks with the brake pedal while cruising down the road...
