I got a stock MAF. I want to convert to a 3 in LT1 MAF. I know i need a translator or a translator plus . I do not have a scanmaster, do i need one to tune the new set up ? Also with the translator plus , di i need the entender chip as well and where does it go. Confused.:confused:
What size injector would be good to run in the mid 11s without maxing them out. I have 36lbs now Blue tops and need to step up to 42.5 or 50lb. Can i run 42.5 without killing them or is 50lb better. Thanx.
My 87 GN is running like crap. The idle is surging and stalls sometimes, espicially at quick stops. THe MAF sensor,O2, coilpack,plugs, wires are new. Anyone got any advice ???? . I would appreciate it greatly.Thanx:D
Im getting a set of Weld Pro Stars. Im running BFG Dragradials 275/50/15 in the rear. Im thinking 15x8 rim for rear and 15x6 for front, but want to know the right backspacing for front and rear.
As of now i have the dragradials mounted on stock rims and they rub without spacers. Im hoping...
Do the aftermarket headers and crossover pipe make any difference in performance. My stock header is cracked and thought about getting new ones.:confused:
I have a 87 GN with TE 44, 36lbs inj, Front mount, Typhoon fuel pump,Houston DP, 2 1/2 in Hooker exhaust, street and race chip....blah,blah,blah and i need to bring my car somewhere to be checked out. Anyone recommend a good shop.Thanx
When i put it in gear the tranny whines. I have a fairly new stall speed converter, and shift kit. It sounds like a supercharger whine when and only when its in gear. Does anyone know what could cause this noise. Thanx.:confused:
