k well then you know the fuse is good, also the column part of it is good too along with the relay....well you should check for 12v out of the relay actually. go to the horns themselves and give em 12v (case grounded unit). if they work, you have a bad wire between the relay and the horns. try...

when ya hit the horn try to listen for the horn relay clicking under the dash. it's on the pass side of the steering column. you could also go to the horns themselves and give em 12v. they're case grounded. fuse, relay, horns, contact in the button or wiring....not much else to it.

Your problem is most likely the fan delay relay. It's the big one over on the driver fender with two plugs on it. I usually just replace the high and low along with the delay just to be safe. Very common problem no biggie.

don't forget the engine grounds on the back of the pass head. it's pretty straight forward. engine mounts are 5/8 bolt, 11/16 nut. bellhousings are 9/16, convertor bolts are 15mm. when you put it back in just make sure you don't pinch the starter wiring between the bellhousing.
