02 problem

i'm having a problem with my 02 running 800 to 790 in 3rd then the numbers will drop to 200 or less.i get no knock.it doesnt do it evey time.thanks for any info.

Are they sudden, spike type dropouts??

the 02 will read steady then just drop.i've tried diff.02's and they do the same.fuel system is ok.thanks

What type of 02 single or multi-wire? If multi wire try a single.
Whenever i had the problem in the past usually a 02 going lazy.
I just switched to Denso.

Sounds more like MAF drop outs. This is fairly common on maf's that hit 255 easy and early (like running moderately high boost).
