18-20 inch GTA style wheels

Are there any companies that offer the GTA style wheel in a 18-20 inch size?

I remember seeing a company who took 16" wheel centers and fitted them in custom 20" or 18" outer pieces, but I can't remember who it was…

G body is having some manufactured, 18 and 19,
hopefully will be available in near future,
can't say alot about them as "admin" call's it "shilling" and has threatened
me.
but then again whats life if you don't take a few chances?
