i am looking at a light blue and white 56 bel air two door with a straight six tonight. the car was purchased from the original owner who bought new in 56, he died and the car had been in a garage since 84, also the last time it was inspected. the car runs and drives but the carb leaks and needs rebuilding. i was told the body is in good shape little dings and minor rust. ill have more details tonight. i really dont know much about these cars so if someone can help me out and let me know what to look for and if the price is right i would appreciate it. also looking to get back into a gn so if somebody would be interested in trading if i do buy this car we can work something out. thanks.
