1984 T TYPE FUEL PUMP ID

Pulled the pump from tank was wondering if anyone knows if its stock or not? Wiring from outside makes me think it is not. Car been setting a while I am going through fuel system before I try to start it.

Take the wrapper off, and look for identification. Since it's obviously not a stock install, I'd bet it's a Walbro of some sort.
Before you install a new pump, check the level sender w/ an ohm meter....

Remove the wiring throw it in the garbage and replace with this:

Almost as bad as hooking the coil wires up backwards!
