2004r servo questions

Hey all.

I have a kzf tranny in my 87 Cutlass. Shifts great for being stock. I would like to do the CK shift reprogramming kit, and get possibly the gn servo or the billet servo.

My question is... because the servo creates more holding force, and the shift reprogrammer changes how the tranny shifts, is there any possibility that these items can, when installed in a good working tranny, cause failure of any part in the tranny since there arent any other upgrades like hardened parts?

Just wondering, as it runs well now, but I would like to have crisper shifts. I just dont want to install something that might cause harm to a overy stock tranny.

Hope that made sense.

Thanks

Shift kit will help hydraulics by increasing clamping forces to clutches.
Servo will apply more hyd force to apply 2nd gear band as well
