3" Downpipe VS 3.5" Downpipe ??

My last Downpipe that was a internal gate. It had a Blade in it.. That was right next to the turbine wheel and it extended down into the pipe close to the bend.

I was told it was done to reduce the tumble of the air as it exits off the wheel. It did make a tad difference on spool up

The bigger dp helps most with the big GTQ and qtrim turbines.

Low 10 sec power will see an increase in power over a single 3", and I include the crossflow system as a single 3".

There are others that have a 3.5 but ta has a real nice 3.5.
