I bought this car a little over 4 months ago and had plans of doing a full restoration, but I need to sell it for personal reasons the car is a real XS29 vin code R/T. It does not have the original motor but it is a '71 steel crank 440 just like what came in the car. It still has the original 727 that has been freshly built w/ shift kit and 2000 stall. The original 8 3/4 rear end is in great condition w/ good posi unit and 3.55's, also green bearings. The car was originally medium gold metallic w/ black R/T stripe and black interior. It is now pearl white w silver R/T stripes and accents on the hood and doors. It still has mostly original black interior w/ new door panels, headliner and carpet. The motor is slightly built w/ small comp cam, Edelbrock torker intake, edelbrock 750 carb, MP electronic ignition, 2.5" pipes, H-pipe, 2-chamber Flowmasters. It is a factory a/c car but has a late model style comp. on it now. The a/c works great. It's a factory power disc brake car w/ 11" drums in the rear. The front discs have been changed to Wilwood's. It does not have power steering. The wheels are Weld Prostars 15x7 w/ 225/60r15 bfg radial t/a's on front and 15x8 w/ 275/60r15 hoosiers on back. The car is not in perfect condition, but is a good driving car that can be driven to shows/ cruise-in's and enjoyed. Price is $22,000 firm.
