what i have now
tps .45
idle 1000 rpm park 800 in drive with foot on the brake
idle control counts 0 idle 18 in drive foot on brake
coolant gets to 175 degrees
o2 it 2000 rpm 1.00 idle .97 and stays steady and goes up and down if gun the engine
bl and int is at 128
dont go into closed loop

what should the specs be. the problem i have is a off a red light stumble when the engine goes lean then picks up not racing the car just driving normal.

engine is .030 109
66mm turbo cx racing
55 lb injectors 43 psi line off
ported heads and intake bigger valves
turbo tweek 93 chip factory computer
70mm accufab throttle body

tps could come down a little
iac at zero means you have too much air through throttle blade which can explain the tip in stumble
close the throttle blade a little with the screw on top driverside of throttle body (turn it out counter clockwise)
this should get the iac count up and your goal is to get it to 20-30 at idle , the tps value will decrease as you close the throttle after you get the iac up at idle reset tps by loosening the 2 screws and adjust the tps to .42-.44v

with the 1.0-.97 o2 reading (assume your using an otc scan tool and not a scanmaster) you may have a injector issue (not fully closing ) or an ecm issue trying to control them. you say you have 55# are they the seimen 3102 injectors? if so they are peak and hold low ohm injectors and need a high current peak and hold injector driver to operate properly . is your ecm modded for low ohm injectors?

msd 55# to work with factory computer and turbo tweak chip on 93 octane no computer mods
throttle blade has been closed for 11 years screw is resting on the arm not pushing on it.

AFIK there is no such thing as a 55# high Z injector from MSD/delphi , 50# yes (2013 , 17113738) .. 55# no ... delphi makes a 55# id number 17113841 and those are low ohm and need a modded ecm
if throttle blade is closed ..look for a vac leak or possibly defective pcv
