Just because the turbo will make more boost does not mean it will make more power. Don't quote me but I thought Joe Lubrant told me the standard PT-88 starts to blow warm around 34psi.
Whe had this issues with older twin turbonetics 76 Qs.
The car did not go any faster at 35psi than it did at 30.
The air inlet temps sure did go up though.

Yep I know years ago Orlando proved that the 66 Qtrim turbo was done at around 35psi because he had run 40psi with the turbo several times and didn't go any faster.....
