Im replacing my accumulator bowl, don't I just pump my brakes 10 times with key off then remove the bowl and put the new one on and turn the key back on?

Be sure to flush out the old dirty brake fluid first, which may have contributed to the bowl failure in the first place.

I almost forgot. The brake proportioning valve, which is under the car and made of iron, gets rusty and transfers that rust to the brake fluid, which in turn destroys the glue in the seals on the inside of the accumulator bowl. You should get a brass proportioning valve.
