anyone adjusted the rear disc brakes

on a 93 Grand Prix...I put new pads on yesterday and now the brakes are drgging bad in the back. They are the manual adjusted kind you have to push the ebrake pedal over adn over to set them. The old pads were pretty thin so Im wondering if I just need to reajust the park brake cabel. The calipers werent frozen, at least not yesterday....

Is the parking brake stuck on??? What did you use to push the pistons back with? Also did the slides move when you had the caliper off?
