Is the downpipe suppose to be a "slip fit" at the turbo?
VERY LOOSE FITTING.

"DP slip fit at turbo"????? Do you mean where the DP attaches to the 3" exhaust?

My cut out slip fits on to my ATR DP

2-bolts hold a flange with a piece of tubing attaching it to the turbo. The downpipe "slips"over this tube, goes over the a-arm and down to the " off road pipe" that replaces the converter...The "slip fit" is where the downpipe "slips" over the tubing to the turbo. I can :slip" the downpipe up and down about 3".

I recently purchased a Scanmaster and am getting "retard up to 9*" Looking for a potential false knock.
o2's are between 800-820 @14lbs.boost 93 octane
