I am istalling a double pumper and it came with #8 feed line and #6 return lines. How do I attach the braided lines to the sending unit safely. The last thing I want is for a fire

What I did was get a metal male JCI fitting and weld it to the feed after cutting the restrictive kink out that ALL the factory hangers have.

I found some nice stainless compression fittings at McMaster-Carr www.mcmaster.com
I just cut the barbs off and used these. They were expensive at around 15.00 each.

Now you buy a RT dbl w/ An fittings and lines already made.

I have been wondering myself as I search through posts what is the protocol for when a post is too old to reply to.
