Does anyone know if the old style pbr caliper can be directly replaced with the new style pbr caliper?

Hello,

It depends, if you have our Track or Sport system then yes they are direct replacments. If you have our older Serious Street system (12" x .810" rotor) then no they are not direct replacments.

Hope that helps!

do the front and rears interchange? I have a track setup and am looking to upgrade the calipers to the new style pbr's

Hello,

The "old style" track caliper and the "new style" track caliper will interchange.

As for the rears, the rear calipers are totally different (and have always been the same rear we have used)

Hey Guys,

To be clear on this subject I am talking about pad guided calipers (ie. our Track calipers).

Our old track system was a non-logo caliper and similar to the caliper that was used on the C4 with the heavy duty brake upgrade. Later we changed to a "logoed" caliper that is more rigid and the similar to what is used on the Grand Sport corvette. These calipers are interchangable as long as the system was our 13" 1.10 rotor system.

As for the new C5 pin guided caliper, this caliper is totally different and NOT interchangable.

Hello,

No it does not, but we did just come out with a new SS system that features an 11" rotor and does fit within the factory wheels! It has all the same benifits of our bigger systems (ie. aluminum calipers and directionally vaned rotors), but just scaled down to fit the smaller wheels.

Thanks!
