Billet capped girdle

I just noticed on my 02 dodge grand caravan the 3.3 v6 motor besides having a roller cam and crank driven gerotor oil pump it has a girdle with all the main caps attached to it-how hard would it be to get one of these made for our cars-it seems like it would even make the lower end stonger than the options we have now.

we have thought about this very seriously and basically came up with it would not be cost effective to make this piece. Would it be stronger than the current setup? sure but the current setup is working very well and do not think many people would opt for the additional cost it would take to machine a piece like that with the main caps included in the girdle.

good idea though, just wish it was sellable.

bottom end

There are many manufactures that incorporate a main girdle that encases the bottom end and it has mains built right in. That would be sweet. Should just build a motor that way from the start.
