BL is high ?

Happy Fathers Day to all , BL is reading 142 on scanmaster 2.1 . Everything else is where it should be . How to fix this ? I'm new to these cars so I may not be asking this in the right way . Thanks for any help Keith

Is this at idle with engine warmed up? Could be a host of things that can sometimes drive a person up the wall trying to chase down. Vacuum and/or header leak, bad injector, dirty fuel filter, bad fuel pump, bad O2 sensor, bad MAF, bad PCV, to name just a few. If you've got access to a smoke tester that might be a good place to start and maybe change out the PCV.

if its just at idle, and the car runs and drives ok, then there is no real issue.

it's at idling , I have a Casper cam sensor that I'm have issues with also
