Blm number question....

I dont know exactly what blm is (I know it has something to do with long term fuel mapping) but today when my car was on the scanner trying to figure out why it stalls when first started and also when put into gear( I think its a TPS or IAC problem although tyhe IAC was 22 and TPS was .42 when warm). Anyways I noticedmy blms are 139 and I know the value should be at 128. What does this mean when it is higher than the target value and how do I get it there? Thanks. Also if you have any things to check as to why myv car stalls please feel free to share them. Thanks again!

138 tells me that the computer is adding a little fuel in the long term.Iac's don't look bad.What's the RPM's at idle?In drive?In park?You been over to see "Yak" Cotton yet?You're in the same town. I would add two pounds static[vacuum off]fuel pressure and see what that does.
