boost dropping???

My car just started dropping boost, it will go up to 20lbs and then slowly decrease to 15lbs. please help I have unhooked solenoid and have the actuator hooked uo tuner style.

Is it holding boost now that it's hooked up tuner style? If so, it was probably just the solenoid. Buy a new one from one of the venders, I think they are about 30 bucks.

it does hold boost alot better but not all of the time,sometimes it still drops a little?

How old is your wastegate? Maybe it has holes in the diaphram. How much is it dropping now that it's hooked up tuner style?

the wastegate is maybe 6 months old. Sometimes it will drop boost worse than others ,sometimes it won't drop at all???

it could be dropping boost because the ecm is TELLING it to- IE-you're getting knock and the ecm is pulling boost/timing??
