There is group of Hotels in Boardman with a lot of restaurants and shopping near by off 224 and South Ave near 680. There is a Red Roof, Hampton Inn, Microtell and I believe one other hotel there with plenty of room for trailers.

I live close to that area and only 8 miles from the track. We plan to have at least 5 cars there including my 25.3 GN and pro-touring Ttype.

I saw that mention before and I thought it was a mistake. What is a 25.3 Gn?

Chassis spec. I have build threads on both of the car in the members rides. I am actually registered to do Sick Summer with it the week before.

I did read some of that, and yes that is 'sick' 😅 can't wait to see that at both venues

Will this be a only Buicks race or will other cars be mixed in? What will be the best day to go?

I saw Friday was Buick's. I thought most of the day but the race day on Saturday is usually mixed. A schedule on explanation would be helpful

Just to update a couple things as the event is a week away.

Track will be open on Thursday for parking and dropping of trailers, there will be NO racing or any activities on track.

Gates open on Friday at 9am, we will be on the track about 10am. This will be open test and tune for all makes and models. We will have a gamblers race, a Buick VS the world race, and a gamblers race for the Jr's (if there are enough of them). All of this will be done before 5pm, if we have time, we might put another race or any grudge races that anyone might want to have. About 4:30-5pm we will have the dinner ready that will be $12 a plate. The cost to race on Friday will be $50 for cars and $25 for any junior dragsters that want to run. Spectators will be $15. If you want to stay and race in Quakers program you will have to pay to race and get their Friday night program tech card. They run test & tune and a box and no box gamblers. We will have a lady's race that is open to all makes and models and will also run GSR with the Friday night program. Make sure to stay and cheer on your favorite drivers!!!

Saturday the gates will open at 9am and we should be on track around 11am. We will have 2 qualifiers for Q16 and open test and tune. Once we see what kind of turnout we have, we will determine the cutoff ET for the other classes. Price for Saturday will be $50 to race and $15 to spectate. Quaker will be having a box and no/box race. If we have enough Jr dragsters we will have another gamblers race for them as well.

if we have enough cars we plan to run some version of Turbo Pro Bracket .Might have to bend the 10.99 rule but we are going to try to do something depending on turn out

So if I just mainly want to watch the tb's race would Friday be the better day to attend?
