cam sensor set right?

Car ran good at idle but when I go to give it gas while in gear it runs really rough and has black smoke. Does this sound like a cam sensor out of adjustment? Thanks, Tim

Far from a guru but from my experience with that it would sound more in the Maf sensor Department without checking a bunch of other parameters and info just my 2 cents

I agree. That's how it acted when my stock maf went out. The scanmaster says code 23 for low temp at iat sensor. When I disabled the wideband tracking in the chip (key on, engine off) my air intake was not on the car yet. I'm curious to see if I just disconnect the battery for a bit if it fixes itself. That would be too easy though. Just fyi I have the lt1 3" maf now.
