Can a header panel be fixed?

Some genius backed into my car and crunched the header panel between the grill and the headlight on the driver's side. Two 2" pieces are broken out but still there. Can this be fixed, or will it just crack eventually?

I've never seen a patch, long term.
Some just go for months, some years, but eventually they all seem to show up, with spider webbing or recracking.

Go to Urethane Supply Company site (Urethanesupply.com) and order SMC Hardset Filler. I have used it and it works great. I cut my header panel in pieces and modified it to accept monte LS headlights-using hardset filler. I can't say how it'll look years from now but can say the product is professional grade and made specifically for this material.
