KB is the brand name. Its sold at most auto parts stores.

This is required per the Fel-Pro instructions when you use the Loc-Wire gaskets. I spoke with ARP's tech line about it, and they suggested that we do it that way regardless of what gaskets were used.
All I know is, I was pressurizing the radiator, then I loosened all the head studs and retorqued them from the outside in. No more leaking.
