Anyone knows the efficiency of the intercooler around 22# boost
at outside temp. @70 deg. F.?What is the percentage?Is it 80%,85% or 90% ? Thanks in advance!
 
Impossible to answer accurately, not even Dequick could do it.

1) Need outlet temp and cfm at 22psi.

An old link had a guy with a big turbo and V1 with inlet temps around 100 degrees at the end of the run. Your IC is smaller and so are your turbo wheels (smaller wheels have higher temps at same psi as the big wheels). I would guess your mats around the 120 range at the end of the run with that ambient temp and psi level.
 
Huh? You mean people build intercoolers and can't even test them? How the heck do they know if what they build is any good:confused:

Someone a long time ago actually did some on the car testing of the stock IC and published the results here. It seems to me that this is probably the best way to evaluate an IC. Maybe they can publish this again.
