I lost two sets of mains and rods bearings on a engine,within 20 minutes run time,you may have solved my mystery.
I’ve got a different short block running good now.But maybe I can fix that one.

I would revisit the clearances , oil pump and basics.
I have seen some chinese cranks get away without chamfering bearings. Some get missed upon assembly and down the road you will find a very small shiney spot on the edges without bearing failure. And some will totally stop oil flow and ruin a bearing in short order load or no load.
I’ll be making a copy of the RC special tool in the future. After two sets of bearing I looked at most everything,and do not thank my bearings were rubbing. But this has given me a something to revisit.I truly believe the line bore on the block is bad or it’s cracked even through the shop that did the machine work said it was crack free.
