Does the maf go to 255in the AF when you go wot?
When the car is idling, if you tap(not hit) on the maf with a screwdriver handle does the car stumble?
I'm guessing you are still running a stock maf.
Fuel pressure good?
What about the vacuum lines? Are they in decent shape and not leaking?

BLMs are high so ECM is adding fuel and it's running rich. Could be compensating for a vac leak or an O2 sensor is flaking out.
IAC is a little high too so more oxygen is being let by the throttle body blade and ECM is trying to adjust.
I'd try adjusting the IAC, bringing it closer to 20. Then you'll have to readjust the TPS too, setting again at .42.
Start there are see what that does for you.
