Get an extender, and then a WB O2 sensor, or EGT gauge.
Hope that is an Translaor Plus.
I have a similiar set up to your's, and thought I had things close to right. Plugs looked perfect (This is with 30+ years of looking at plugs).
Hooked up a wide band and found I was at 12.8:1. Couple passes and got down to 11.6, and the difference was amazing.
In a million years never would have thought I was that far off.
Oh, and in enrichening boost dropped a little from lower EGTs, and then dialed the boost up some more and added a tad more fuel, and well, the car is running well. Real Well <G>
