What is the BEST and EASIEST ways to get the old w/s glue crap out of the channels?

I guess new GM one's can't be found anymore.

So, I need to clean my old one's up before having the bodyshop install them.

Thanks,

Joel

They sell the aluminum channels the w/s fits into? I dont remember seeing that on their website. I will have to look again.

Kirban's sells the O.E. weatherstripping, I don't know of anyone who sells the channels, original or aftermarket...

Looks like the `ole Scrape job...

Good luck and sorry for the confusion.

Best thing I found - a wide blade screw driver (not to sharp). It is not a quick job. You don't have to get every little bit off...just the bulk. the glue doesn't seal anything anyway.

I used NO glue when reinstalling mine.
