Converted to vacuum brakes

Just converted to vacuum, want to thank Tom at tomsttype.com for the info on his site that
made the job not so difficult. Only wish I had done it when I was young. Thanks Tom. Brakes
work great.

Did most of this today, just waiting for the new vacuum block to arrive. And yes, I had the printout of Tom's writeup with me as a guide. Thanks Tom!

Tom's guide is what I used, explained it perfectly. I love how he left out the one time use lock washer from hell out of the guide though
