Crank away, no more than 20psi.

I've just finished installing h/g's and been slowly turning up the wick.

For some reason now I can't get over 20 psi. of boost even if the high boost actuator is cranked so tight it takes two of us to put it on.

I'm running alky and previously had 24-25 psi.

Next question is why would my temp. be higher now?

Used to be 162 maybe 164 cruising at 70 mp/h now it's 168?

Should mention that it builds boost power-braking no problem.

I'm running 'tuner' style.

Think I got it figured out. The puck did'nt appear to be sealing very well.

Took some modifying of the bolt holes on the d/p to get it centred a little better.

Temp thing is still weird though.

Correct me if I am wrong here, but I thought that if you were running tuner style that you wont see over 15lbs or so of boost? Maybe thats your problem?

I used to run 25#'s of boost "tuner style" on a stock type adjustable actuator.
