No repairs done or needed everything is intact and the alternator mounting tab on it is just fine

Is tensioner missing the sleeve where bolt goes through it, The sleeve that slides and takes up space between? Hole looks pretty big

Yes 90 shipped I added that picture in there last minute. It doesn't have the tabs for the electric fan.
