Hello,
What causes the cruise control mechanism underneath the hood to suck in as soon as the car cranks up. Whether the cruise control is engaged or not.

O no. That can't have good results. Just a guess, valve in the servo stuck??

Any changes if you unplug the servo?

If I unplug the plug at the cruise control under the hood nothing changes.
It stays sucked in

My thought here is that if the connector at the cruise servo is disconnected and the servo is still holding vacuum--the servo valve internally is stuck--servo is bad. Did you give it the "tap" test? Dp
