Well, I need some advice from the members what to do next . . . .where do I start.
I ordered some parts and there was an issue with one part, completely outside of the control of this vendor.
So, I called on Sunday hoping someone "may answer the phone".

Guess what, Leslie (sp??) did! Thanks!. . . . I finished a real nice conversation with Glen who immediately took care of everything with his usual awesome customer service!
Imagine this; No "Run-around", no "B.S.", no "Finger pointing", or "Let me check it out and get back to you this/next week"!

D*** Highway Stars! You did it to/for me again!
With such service, I feel the need to purchase more parts from you!

Can anyone please advise what my next purchase should be? . . . .
