duttweiler neck intercooler install

Bought a used dutt neck ic and installing it. A company had installed the neck and it seems to be about a half inch high. I can get it on but you can tell its not lined up correctly. Do you think it would help to try and clock the turbo housing a little up some? Just wonfering if anyone else has run in to this?

Usually clocking the turbo will help align the hose connection.

Moved the turbo up a little and has helped. I might try to move the brackets on the intercooler some as well later on to see if I can lower it down just a touch and still clear everything.
