Dynoed on a dyno jet 224 load cell dyno today
mods are
36lb Injs
Reds 93 Chip
In tank Pump
Hot Wire
Adj Reg set at 42psi
Voltage booster
2.5 single exhaust
3inch magnaflow and tail
ran 110 race gas
best pull was
243hp 340ftlbs
is this about right or off??
 
Pretty weak if you ask me, did you lock the converter? Was it a stock turbo?

350 hp should be fairly easy to get with the converter locked and 23 psi on alky.

What was your boost at and what turbo, i must have missed it?

Just depends, if you hit the track and it runs mid 12s on radials, its alot of fun

not sure on timing
no converter lock unless it was in tune wich i dont think it is
stock turbo
cars ran a 8.84 @82 on street tires with 2.90 60' in 1/8
 
With 110 octane and only a 93 chip (lower timing, probably in the 18-20 range) you are leaving a lot on the table I would think.
 
If your running race gas, then you should run a race chip, that 93 chip only has 23° of timing in it, with the stock turbo in 3rd gear, you should be to at least 25°... Usually 28° does the trick.

Since your running race gas, get the car to the point were there is no pump gas in it, and run at least 21psi, get a race chip and id bet you gain 6-8 mph in the 1/8th with the converter locked in second at the track.

for a 93 chip and 18 psi on a stock turbo/intercooler thats a great dyno pull. Your 93 chip probably has more like 20*/18* timing, ive only seen 93 chips with 23* when they are an alky chip. Anyways, with a good race chip in there and 21 psi or so, 320-330 would have been possible.

Reds 93 chip has 23° of timing in it.

I agree, 320-330 could be done, but the convertor would need to be locked.

355/556 with the stock turbo and injectors on pump and alky in my daily 3 years ago.

wow thats a lot lol. I remember my old thraher had 18/17 lol, and yeah i agree, tc locked for your best numbers.
