EOS + Synthetic Oil

I have a small stash of AC Delco EOS(Engine oil supplement). A friend of mine wants to purchase a few bottles from me. I run conventional oil in my car. I used to run a little of this stuff with my oil. Here's my question. My friend runs Mobil 1 Synthetic oil in his car. Is the EOS okay to run with synthetic oil, or is it designed to work with conventional oil? Thanks Dave

The Mobil 1 15-50 synthetic has more anti-wear stuff in it for older cars with flat tappet cams. details are on the Mobil 1 website.
