Erratic readings on power logger

I can't get my power logger to consistently give me steady readings . It seams to be a edge connector problem but have cleaned it several times and even re tinned the pads. I used to have a Direct Scan connected to this ecm and had no connection problems with it. I've tried 3 different laptops no help there. I attached a log file of it going crazy.

Check the small cable between the pl and i/o. Make sure both ends are plugged in all the way.

that is either a connection issue, or the unit needs to "come home" for me to look at...

It does act like the connector pins on the PL are not tight enough. I have the ecm laying on the floor of the car and It some times acts right but if you move the ecm or the usb cable the pl will go erratic. The engine runs ok just need to track down some small spark knock.
