Error Code 45

I am getting and error code 45. When I got the code the first thing i did was turn the fuel pressure down, I am only running 41#line off. That didn't work so i changed the 02 sensor disconnected the ecm for a little bit then hooked it back up. Turned the car back on and same code. My MAF sensor is reading 255 so i believe that is good. Where can i check for vacuum leaks and how?

check everything under the hood. use carb cleaner. if you have a vacuume leak and you find it with the carb cleaner you will hear the idle raise in rpm.
