Even Fire Cam\Odd Fire Snout Parts ?????

I've got an Even Fire Roller with oddfire snout. Where Can I buy the Distributor drive pieces to finish it out. I'll need a timing chain set, drive gear, bolt, fuel pump eccentric (carbed motor), and any other pieces to finish the conversion. I had some notes and prices written down at one time but have misplaced them.
