Flex Plate / Flywheel position

Hello. I've tried searching but can't find any information. I'm replacing my flex plate and noticed there are number stamped on it. Are the numbers stamped on it supposed to determine the position that it bolts onto the crank?

If your talking stock replacement then no as it really only fits properly 1 way with bolt holes lining up.

Ok thanks. Holey crap - I just hung it on the back of the motor and all the holes lined up - so I thought I should double check Should've bought a lottery ticket...
