I've decided I won't be buying a GNX again so I don't need these tires any longer. They were originally on my low mileage GN when I bought it in 2007. They were mounted on Enkei 16x8s and have just under 2000 miles on them. These tires are in amazingly new condition with no cracks or dryrot. They still feel sticky to the touch.

Both 255s are date coded 228. 22nd week of 1988

The car these were on was always in climate controlled storage. Once dismounted from the wheels, I bagged and sealled them to keep the air away from them.

I've never seen lettering inverted and sunk instead of raised on the 255s. Goodyear did have some varying sidewall lettering styles in the VR50 series. Careful examination of the front tires on the GNX in the "American Musle Car" series on Speed Channel shows inverted and raised lettering on the sidewalls.

Price is $500 for the set. I will not break up the set, and I strongly advise local pickup in St. Donatus, Iowa. Shipping these would be asking for sidewall damage.

Here's the shots of the 245s. I have high resolution duplicates of all pictures that I can email.

Again, price is $500. Cash only.
